Breath Journey & Soundbath with Terrafirma

Join us for a breath journey followed by a sound bath. The  breath journey will be making use of conscious breathing and three part  breath which will be a dive into the layers of self that are ready to be  met, held, released and reclaimed. We will flow into a meditation and  sound bath to be a warm balm to our field of being.

Some  fun facts as you connect to deep rhythmic breathing your  parasympathetic nervous system will boot on, which means… a reduction of  anxiety and stress hormones in your body!
