We're thrilled to announce the grand opening of our community classroom- years in the works, and worth the wait!
This classroom means so much to us. It allows us a space where we can offer more of the community-centered classes, workshops, and events that bring us all so much joy. It also allows a space we can provide to teachers and practitioners from across our community.
This space is also loaded with all the creature comforts you could want- pillows and cushions, bolsters and zafus, folding tables and chairs, yoga mats, writing materials, music, and more.
The classroom features large windows that overlook part of our patio gardens and South Temple street. The wood floor warms the space and makes it easy to clean up after hands-on workshops. We were also fortunate to have local artist Nicole LaRue (meet her here) hand-paint murals on the walls that reflect the beauty, diversity, and passion our community brings to every event.
When it's warm outside, the east wall of the classroom opens up onto our garden patio and bonfire pit creating an ambiance that you won't find anywhere else downtown. This indoor/outdoor space is perfect for all kinds of gatherings from small classes to hands-on workshops, one-on-one sessions to meditative and healing experiences.
We have a robust monthly calendar of events here at Flow, and welcome you to reach out if you'd like to host your next event in the community classroom! This will truly be a welcoming and inviting event space for rent in Salt Lake City, UT at affordable and accessible rates.

In addition to the new classroom space we also have our indoor 'living room' space with vaulted ceilings and direct access to our full kitchen. We've hosted everything from provider mingles to herbal syrups classes here.
